Hi I ordered 12 but only received 4. The samples are also very miniscule in size, but hey its Dermalogica I guess...

Did your email confirmation show that you were getting 12? I received a confirmation showing that 12 samples had been despatched so I will be a bit disappointed if I only get 4.

yes my confirmation showed that I should be receiving 12 samples, but then with the package I received a note saying they were only sending out 4.

Thats poor. Im not sure I wouldve spent £2.50 on 4 samples. Ill wait to see if my 12 come.

My samples came today and there were 13! I am really pleased, well worth £2.50 to give them a try. Thanks to OP.
