  • Starnac - just think of how far you have come, that means that you already have more freedom than you used to have; you CAN and WILL get to the end and we will be here to cheer you on

tmd - cracking work on ebay, you have the patience of a saint to have listed that little lot - good luck for getting through the wrapping up - that is the only bit of ebaying that I like!! But I am possibly not normal  can you set yourself mini rewards for when you have wrapped and addressed each 4 or 5 parcels.

Oh Starnac don;t get dishearten we all get days where you think what's the point and want to throw it all away on a spending spree.

Make sure you let yourself have little treats and focus on how wonderful it'll feel to be debt free and able to spent guilt free :j

  • I did the email to propose a salary of a couple of grand extra, but then the computer crashed and I just realised that in the kerfuffle I forgot to resend it - aaaararrrrrrrrggggggggghhhh

If you want a birkin you had best get on the waiting list, not sure if it is 2 or 4 years.... (you may have won the lottery by then)

Never off the naughty step :p

I know maybe I could put my name down and save up. ALthough I expect they'd want the cash first. It would actually be an investment to put my name down for a few because apparently you can get more for second hand ones as people can't be bothered to wait :rotfl:

I *happen to know* that there is no cash involved in going on the waiting list, they just put you on it and then when it is your turn get in touch and if you don't want it any more they take you off. They don't make it until it is your turn.

PS - it isn't me that has done this, just a good friend of mine and her mum

ETA: loving the investment idea, just wondering if a classic like red or tan might command a higher 'can't be bothered to wait' price than turquoise ;)

    Now do we believe you?!

I could get the turquoise for me, plus a black and tan and red for investment and then pay for mine out of my profits :D :j

The question is could I part with them when the day comes
