Address For Barclays to Reclaim Charges under financial hardship?

Hi there,

I have just received a list of my bank charges from Barclays after sending in Martin's template letter to their data protection department 37 days ago. I now need to send his template letter in requesting a reclaim of these charges. Does anybody know what address I need to send this to?

On this one I have absolutely no idea cos there are about half a dozen and I have tried for the last 4 weeks to ask their customer relations but it appears to be a state secret on pain of death(ok, gripe with them over for now).
I would send it to their customer relations unit:
BARCLAYS BANK PLC
Retail Banking Customer Relations.
LEICESTER
LE87 2BB

Include an income and expenditure form:

And include notices of arrears.
