I bought a DAB radio from RS.Turns out reception is terrible here and can only get radio1 extra in one room. And nothing else. Although it`s no fault of RS they will give me a full refund when I take it back. Thanks guys.

Thats where i have always got my gear from , lots cheaper than the high st tat that folk think is good/cool , full extended warranties and money back if they arent used.

Its funny to think that they are meant to be the same biz as dixons et al , yet they dont treat the customer like cows for the milking.

Excellent firm - have bought all our hi-fi gear there. Free drinks always available - they even gave us free umbrellas when we got caught in the rain whilst in their store. Great way to build up loyal custom.

really great bunch of guys/girls. only problem with them is parking near the local store- but hey, more room for bargains
