Help with Black Horse address please

Hi all
Just wondered if anyone can help please??
I have had numerous loans with Black Horse over the years and have always been told that I wouldnt get a loan without PPI, so have decidedto reclaim.
The first thing I wanted to do was request a copy of all documents held but my problem is that the branch I dealt with have been closed down (ipswich), I recieved a letter informing me of this a few days ago which showed the address I now need to contact but my one year old has chewed up the letter. Can I request this information from their head offices or does anyone know where I should contact please??

Good luck with your reclaims.
Only just to say that if your just requesting for True copies of your agreements (CCA'S), they do normally charge £1 postal order or cheque payment for these, and should post out by 12 days, so write and request for them and tell them you look forward to receiving your agreements by 12 days from the date of your request, and post by recorded delivery, as this would be your proof of posting.

Hi Clair, don,t forget to ask for telephone call transcripts as they will say you agreed to PPI. Also I found it useful to track down 2 directors:David James Stanley OLDFIELD
Adrian Patrick WHITE

The instant that I began to e-mail the directors at this e-mail address the response from Black Horse became more efficient and accommodating. Total time from my 1st e-mail to full settlement was approximately 37 days.
