Poor old Tixy - nobody wanted to come on here and play! Never mind, some of us are still lurking. Feeling a sad and sorry Nargle at present, confined to barracks with back strain, off work for next four weeks no less! Awaiting physio and blood test results. Can walk around and do basic household stuff but no lifting, stretching or bending, and as for driving - leave it out, it hurts too much! So I will probably be doing a bit more troll patrol on here. On the bright side, I can do some serious menu planning and cost cutting and chucking out of stuff that clutters the place up. And get my body back to normal rhythms, no night work for a while. Hope you all are keeping well. One life - your life - live it!0

I have been out all day:j I went to the spa..had some bits waxed, lolled by the jacuzzi, lolled in the sauna, played with the wierd shower: warm mist (hot) is far better than atlantic ocean (freezing cold), lolled in the outdoor hot tub, had lunch and then did it all over again (except the waxing bit), and had coffee and cake afterwards:D
It was nice in the outdoor tub..with the smell of cows wafting over the wall from the farmyard next door.
My back feels wonderful - its the first time in over a week that it hasnt ached (I made sure I sat right next to the jets on the jacuzzi and hot tub).0 -

Oooh hugs Nargle - thats not nice, hope it improves soon but don't go doing more than you are able to or you'll slow your recovery - just ask MF.
Ouch to the waxing H - I just can't manage it, I think I have a low pain thresholdAt least the cake might have helped ease the ouch.
