Hey all! Actually did make it to the gym today *sharp intake of breath and raised eye smiley*! Feeling very virtuous and full of energy - but it really is going to hurt tomorrow
And I'm booked into yoga tomorrow, so I'll need stretch through the pain (never done yoga before so a bit apprehensive!)
I think I must be feeling ill, I don't quite recognise myself
Are you sure about that nicca - not prevaricating again today :rotfl::rotfl:
Well done..... yoga tomorrow will get all your muscles stretched again, should be good for them..emily_jackson wrote: »[Thanks Horace. I wish the view last thread button was still here

New page, so time for another one of these ..Hi everybody.
Over the last few weeks we have had a number of "troll" attacks on the boards.
What is a Troll? A troll is a person that posts deliberately provocative, nasty or hurtful comments on threads. They may be a person with no previous connection to the board or someone that has created a pseudonym to get their point made.
If you should get a comment made on any thread you post asking for help and advice please realise this comment is not directed at you personally.
We really are all a lovely bunch here (oops, modest, sorry) so please ignore these nasty comments and continue to post here as normal.
what should i do if i get a comment made on my thread?
firstly do not respond to the comment as this invariably is what the person wants. At the bottom of the post, on the left hand side is a red "warning" triangle. Click this and then "send" the message that comes up. This will report the message to abuse who will review it's content and delete it.
The person we had this morning was particularly vile and nasty and please believe me is an extreme rarity here.
Above all PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE BOARDS. THIS SITE IS AN ASSET TO SO MANY, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT FEELS THE WORLD IS FALLING IN ON YOU. THERE IS SUCH A WEALTH OF ADVICE HERE TO BE HAD THAT THE COMMENTS OF ONE MUST NOT DETER YOU FROM AVAILING YOURSELF OF THE KNOWLEDGE HERE!!!!
It is testament to the work that martin has done and continues to do that so many people give their time knowledge and experience freely to others, without judgement, to lift people out of the depths of debt crisis
PLEASE DO NOT LET THE ACTIONS OF THE MINORITY RUIN THAT.
Kind wishes
PThe time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time

Yes thanks SS - and yes the report was very well received and had the desired results for my client almost immediately.
Just got to work out an expenses form to submit to work tomorrow (for a couple of hundred :j) then I'm calling it a night. How are you? has work quietened down at all yet?
EDIT- huh- just found out I can't get access to the correct area of work's network from home to do my expenses, so best get in early tomorrow else I'll be waiting another month for my money.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Bumpity bump...
Determined to go to bed as soon as Shameless is overNever watched it before last week and no idea what's happening really but I can't seem to tear myself away.
Tixy, hope you make it in early to sort out those expenses - that'll be a nice little sum to help outJan10: 28,315.81 Jan11: 18,015.32 Jan12: 7,682.58 Jan13: 2,987.73 Current debt: 1,225.55

Think you definitely need to get in early tomorrow Tixy, another month is a long time to wait for that sort of money. Hope you get it sorted.
I'm fine thanks, having a much better week this week (even managed to get out for a couple of hours today:j). Last week was a bit mad , but it sounds as though yours was as well. Glad the report was well received and had the desired effect. :j
nicca - I've never seen Shamless but I've watched programmes before where I haven't the faintest idea what's happening, so know how you feel.... hopefully it will start to make sense soon?
