Morning All
Snow expected here later, had about 10mins of sleety stuff earlier. So today I am almost glad to be ill and wrapped up warm at home.
House insurance renewal came yesterday - for a nice low price. Car insurance renewal arrived today but they want £373 . Guess I best get checking the comparisons and cashbacks .A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

Solvent - agree about Rob whathisface weather man, seems to delight in telling you about the filthy weather that's coming. Shaun the Sheep is the biz, but was not keen on the "Cat got your brain" episode, very Shaun the Deadish (or how I imagine Shaun the Dead must be, what with the aliens and the surreal subject matter). Loved the trampolining mole though!
Good night folks, see you at a more sensible o clock.
Nargle, it's so nice to have someone else who doesn't think Shaun the Sheep is a kid's programme. Yep, loved the mole, tears running down my face at that one, and yep again, didn't care for the aliens one very much really.
Hello to everyone else, hope you are all OK today. Got to rush now, due to start work (groan!) in 5 mins... back later.
PS: Tixy, hugs and hope you're feeling better very soon xThe time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time

Afternoon all..glorious day here - the sun is out the sky is blue and its rather parky. Still I got a bit hot n bothered putting up my tree so was forced to open the window:eek: I am pleased with my tree as I have some lovely decorations - some that I bought myself, some that were presents and others that I picked up from freecycle (lovely glass vintage ones).0

Afternoon everyone, and what are you doing on page 2, Mr Thread...
Horace - well done on putting your tree up, mine's still in its box, might make the effort over the weekend...
Hope everyone else is OK.The time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time

Good afternoon everyone - especially Pania :hello: :hello: :hello:
Should have been 'trundling' today, but they called to say they don't need me until Sunday - strange, really, considering how busy they are.
No snow here, yet, although there was a sprinkling last night. Must polish up my shovel.
Have a great day everyone. :wave:I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.

Good idea, numpt. :T
Only problem is that ASDA may see that as me 'showing initiative' and 'initiative' can be a dangerous thing when, like me, you are the 'bottom of the heap'. :rotfl: :rotfl:I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser.
