    I was feeling a bit down & out of sorts but had a lovely visit from Maz & Erin & Maz's mum.
    We had a rummage in the charity shops & then went for lunch & then came back & had birthday cake in the conservatory.Thanks hun xxx
    I have to say for some reason my birthday really has unsettled me.
    Need to foccus more on positives me thinks.

    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
