Just want to say that we've just enjoyed at night in London using the Tennertastic deal and it was great. Two rooms for £20.00 and 36 Hours parking at hotel for £15.00 and just 5 mins walk from Covent Garden. Thanks to the original poster. If you get the chance next time I'd go. Basic rooms but they were clean and the staff were excellent.

when did you go?
i stayed in travelodge covent garden last monday night and i thought the rooms were slightly shabby (especially the bath) and the view wasn't to good from the 5th floor.
but.................. it was good for £10.
Personally, I prefer the Travelodge in the Docklands. It may be further out but it is modern and the area is absolutely quiet at weekends.sorry no links in signatures by site rules - Forum Team 20 -
I was there same night and the same floor and I suppose the rooms were a bit shabby but they are refurbing and for a tenner hard to beat. Maybe I'll check Docklands next time though.0

We stayed here about 6 weeks back,VERY handy for west end, upgraded room, but looked well used, shower was scoulding hot.
Also no toiletries(showergel ect)
Don't know if this is a general thing with travelodges now,but are trying a £10 room in Brighton tuesday,so will take toiletries.
We booked National express funfares from Norwich-London and London-Brighton in conjuction with this, each leg cost£1,so the whole trip, accomodation and travel is costing us £18,£9 each!0 -

The 'tennertastic' deal comes up every so often, not sure how often but if you register with the travelodge site they'll email you when it's next on or watch this space0 -
Last year about this time (think it was the 4th January?) Travelodge had the Fiverfrenzy which was even better at just £5.00 per night.
I had two nights at the Travelodge in Dundee for £10. It included free tea/cofee and biscuits, sachets in the bathroom and even two free newspapers per day. I don't know how they made a profit or indeed even covered costs ??? However I really enjoyed it ;D. Bookings could be made for January, February and March.
Then I was able to book three nights at £10 per night in the Easter holidays. That time I choose Glasgow and Dumfrires.
Off to central Edinburgh for the night tonight. I like Travelodge ;D0 -
Yes - I used the FiverFrenzy deal to stay in Travelodge London Docklands last year. No newspapers though.sorry no links in signatures by site rules - Forum Team 20

The site says this offer ended on the 28th Nov.
I remember the fiver offer last Jan. Also there was Tennertastic deal around last April/May0
