vouchers bought but not originals

Evening all, I bought some supermarket vouchers off ebay, - spent over a tenner and when they have arrived they are internet copies. I don't think I'll be able to use them - will try tomorrow. I'm annoyed with myself as didn't specifically ask, and didn't check her feedback - other annoyed buyers, but, the listing doesn't mention it either just says nss. If I can't use them do I have any comeback with paypal or ebay?

  • Yeah, just file a SNAD dispute with Paypal. It is unlikely they will find in the seller's favour...

Thanks, what does SNAD mean, and do I contact her first or paypal, checking her feedback others have been caught out too and she sent a cheque which bounced to one of them, not contacted the others.

You've got 45 days to open a not as described dispute with paypal.
You could try to contact the seller first and see if you get a response, if you are offered a refund and it for some reason doesn't arrive, just make sure you open the dispute within 45 days.
    hope that makes sense:)

SNAD = Significantly Not As Described.
