Hi we're on the price protection which ends in November. Does anyone know what happens after that please?
Will it stay on the same rate or does it automatically go onto whatever the normal rate is at the time? I'm worried as I think my gas bills will go through the roof.

I believe that BG will switch you to their Standard tariff.
However they will probably offer you other options. The cheapest BG tariff is websaver4 although other companies may have a cheaper tariff for your consumption.
However it is inevitable that you will face a fairly steep increase from your present prices.0 -

I guess we have to get used to the fact that the gas is now beyond normal reach moneywise?
