DSRs - Updated?

I thought DSRs were updated every 30 days. 2 days ago my P&P one went down to 4.8 today its just gone back up to 4.9. I am now even more confused about them.

They update in real time when ever you refresh the page.

I thought they were updated daily? As I only sell a little and check almost weekly, sometimes daily! I had something similar to yours e.g. DSR lets say PP was 4.5, the rest were 4.6, next day when buyer left FB, checked on Seller Dashboard, went down according to last record I kept about the four, then the day after that, another buyer left FB, that pp DSR went up to 4.6, whilst the other 3 went up to 4.7! In this case, I know that the buyer either left a 1, 2 or 3 to make it go down. :eek:

Your expanded seller dashboard will show you if you have had any 1,2 or 3s in the past 30 days

I hate DSR's. All they prove is that there are idiot buyers out there. Currently got 4.6 for dispatch time. The absolute latest I post is first thing the next working morning after paypal is received and if before 1 on a weekday it will be posted that afternoon. :mad: I must remember to post before they win the auction in future. :rolleyes:

Ph Oh should I post my usual cut and paste about how to check for 1 and 2 * or have the regulars all run for the hills already! The main dashboard updates every time stars are left, the expanded one does not. I had the reminder email this morning about how 1 or 2 * will affect seller perfomance ranking etc. from the Autumn.

Just in case here is my usual cut and paste.

Also keep an eye on your expanded seller dashboard that will identify if you have any 1 or 2 * left in any category, but be warned it can make worrying reading.

Go into my ebay > hover your mouse over the account tab at top > click on seller dashboard > scroll down page until you find Buyer satisfaction >click on See how eBay calculates your rating.and that shows if anyone has left a 1 or 2 * in last 30 days. It only updates every couple of days though.

Ours updates every day at 10:37am. (under the little flash graph on the dashboard it will tell you when it has updated. )

Do you have some sort of 6th sense when ESD is mentioned? Does your spider sense Tingle?:D
