Europarts is a joke

i am furious :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: we have waited days to get a part from Europarts,(it was the cheapest place,for this online ).My oh has gone to the shop to pick it up and they wanted DOUBLE,my oh speaks to the manager who says that the picture and written discription of this part is not the right number,:mad::mad::mad::mad:He also says he will give it to Kennys so we can buy it from them for a slightly dearer amount but wil not let my oh have it

If it's still available at the cheaper price online, why not buy it online? If they accept your order and take your money, you have a binding contract.

Mind you, that didn't stop KwikFit selling me online a set of tyres that they did not have and could not get...

have you contacted them online and explained the prob? i would do this and see what they say - but wouldnt hold my breath as its bank hol weekend.

Its for a Renault Clio,but now another problem has occured,my oh has got half the injector out,:eek:so now its another different ball game,I hate cars,:mad: but there you go no point in bursting a blood vessel i guess
