Can someone tell me what to do next please!

I ordered some goods from an online clothes retailer using paypal, they came a few days later, but 2 of the items were incorrect and 1 of the items was missing.

I emailed them and they replied and asked me to send back the incorrect items and they would then send out the correct ones and refund me my postage, also that they would refund me for the missing item as this was out of stock.

I duly returned the incorrect products by recorded delivery and then the next day I received one of the items I was expecting (I had ordered two of the same item) - instead of the two and I emailed them and they apologised for the further error!

They also had send me a £10 online Gift voucher for their site in another email as apologies for the error.

I emailed them again and said please just refund me for the still missing item, out of stock item and recorded del costs to return the incorrect items and they replied with did you get the gift voucher.

Basically they owe me £9.89 - they have not said that the gift voucher they have sent was in place of this, but have not refunded me the money or replied to my email requesting this refund. I do not want a gift voucher for their site as will never use them again and feel it is in my rights to have a refund for the missing items and the postal costs resulting from their error.

I have sent them a paypal request now for the money. I know it is not a lot of money but it is the principle!

I can't find a phone number for the Company! Argh!

Any ideas.......?

send them an email stating your case and that you want the contract to be canceled under the distance selling regulations and your money to be refunded, if not then you will go to trading standards and go to small claims court

Thanks, they denied my paypal request, but then sent me £7 refund. They still owe me the £2.89 postage I paid to return the incorrectly sent goods, but I think I will leave it now..... Thanks for advice
