Van Hire Problem

I have booked a van through Nationwidehire4u.co.uk to help my mum move house. The Van is booked for 7.30pm tomorrow until 7.30pm Sun. I have an e mail from Nationwide say that I would be charged £32.77 by them and £76.47 by another company (Eastmidshire) who will actually be providing the van. Part of the deal is that they deliver and collect and Nationwides website says they will do this any day - including Sat and Sun.
I have noticed on my CC statement that Eastmidshire have taken £229.41 which is 3 days hire. On contacting Nationwide about this by phone, they have informed me Eastmids will only do 3 day hires this bank holiday weekend annd that I can either have a full refund or pay this amount. (they were also EXTREMELY rude)
Neither of these options are acceptable to me as it is now too late for me to find another van to use and I cannot afford to pay for 3 day hire.
What should I do? Can I allow them to deliver and collect the van and then set up a dispute with my credit card company (as I have it in writing that they would only be taking £76.47)?
Thanks for you help in advance.
