Ebay Seller - How Do You Give Discount

I have eBay shop and few customers ask for discount - when i try to do this via the send payment icon, i cannot give any discount from the fixed price listings i have?

Is there another way to do this?

All help appreciated..........

When you send the invoice there should be a box to add charges or take off discounts

We've got stuff on instant payment, so we have a similar problem (especailly with postage discounts). We normally just send the refund when we print the postage. It's easier, quicker (for us, the buyer might have to wait a few hours), and means I can link everything together on our finances records etc.
