Loan with a bank you're claiming from

I've got a Lloyds TSB account and I'm just about to send off my letter to claim for bank charges. I was wondering, though, I have a loan with Lloyds TSB also. Is there anyway that they can demand that I pay my loan back as some kind of punishment for claiming back my charges? I've heard of banks closing down accounts, placing limitations etc. Is my loan with them safe?

No, your loan is covered by a completely separate agreement. As long as you are not in arrears they cannot do anything.0
