how much to re-site a boiler

we currently have our boiler (not a combi boiler) in the kitchen on the wall at the back of the house, and are thinking of building a conservatory on the house, which feeds from the tank upstairs in the airing cupboard

i am imaging we will need to move to boiler because the outlet pipe is currently where the conservatory would be, and regulations state that the outlet needs to be leads to the open air,

so we are thinking of moving it to the wall on the side of the house, still in the kitchen, literally 10ft away from where it is now, but so that is isnt in the way for when we build the conservatory

is it a big job, and how much would it cost to move it

thanks
its only a bargain, if you need it or will use it.
