1. This prize draw is open to UK residents only aged 18 or over and who have not opted out of receiving marketing communications from Tourism British Columbia. Employees of Tourism British Columbia, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter. No third party entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted. Only one entry per email address is permitted. Multiple entries from the same email address or from the same individual will be counted as one entry. Tourism British Columbia may request proof of eligibility to enter the competition.

2. The prize is a holiday for two adults travelling together, chosen from a choice of four as detailed on this website. The prize will include travel to and from British Columbia and accommodation whilst in British Columbia. Travel to and from the UK departure airport, travel insurance and any required visas are the responsibility of the winner. Any travel in addition to the prize itinerary will be at the prize winner's cost. The holiday must be taken by no later than the end of 2010 and the dates will be subject to availability. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to substitute any prize with an alternative of comparable value. All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier.

3. All entries must be received by November 30 2009 at 5pm. No entries will be accepted after this. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place on December 4 2009. The winner will be notified by December 7 2009 by email. If the prize is unclaimed or declined, or the winner cannot be contacted within 30 days, a supplementary winner may be drawn by Tourism British Columbia and notified by telephone or email. Tourism British Columbia will not be responsible for any inability of the prize winner to take up the specified prize. The partners in this promotion accept no liability for any loss, damage or injury caused by, or to, the prize winner or their guest, or their property wihilst taking the prize.
