removing sick stain from carpet

Can anybody suggest a product to remove the residue of a stain from my quite new carpet. I was sick one night after scoffing some chocolate too close to bedtime & couldn't make it to the toilet on time.
So my poor carpet has been christenend in a horrible way. :mad: I've used my steam cleaner, which has got rid of a lot of the stain, but because chocolate was involved & the carpet is beige, there is still a bit of a mark there which the steamer hasn't been able to shift.
