Hi can someone please tell me if Capital One charge an annual fee for their 'Classic' credit cards? If so, how much does it cost?

There is no annual fee for the classic cards featured at https://www.capitalone.co.uk, however if your credit score is really bad, they may offer you a secured card, which means you may have to send them a deposit of £200.0 -
