Nails Inc lying about order dispatch

:mad: I placed an order with the recent Nails Inc fabulous offer and took advantage of the 40% off on 30 July, the money was taken from my card on this day.
It stated on the website to allow for 14 working days for delivery, after 15 working days I sent an e-mail and received an e-mail stating that my order was on its way.
The next day I did not recive my order so I e-mailed and asked for a tracking number, and had no response for 2 days so I telephoned and left a message. I then received an e-mail telling me some of the items I ordered were not in stock and they had sent me an e-mail advising me of this. I did not receive any e-mail from them apart from the confirmation of order e-mail.
I responded to their e-mail which suggested substitute products and received no response for 2 days so I telephoned again this week on Monday. I was assured that my order would be dispatched on Tuesday, yesterday (Thursday) I phoned them for a tracking number and was sent an e-mail advising my order would be posted out that day.
I phoned again and told them I was not happy and was advised if I wanted to cancel I would have to do so immediately as the orders were about to be posted, I said to cancel and the girl I was speaking to said ok and hung up!
I have now been told my refund will be processed today and will take 3-4 days to be back in my account :eek:
I know that the offer was very popular but I do not like being lied to and fobbed off and will not be using the nails inc website again.
