The Accessory Card. What is it?

I decided to apply for The Accessory Card as it seems like an easy one to get. I applied a week ago. It didn't give me an immediate decision. I noticed they have done in total three credit checks on me on Equifax over the past few days.
Today I received a credit agreement in the post. It tells me I have to sign it and send it back so they can "complete your application." Since they've already done the credit checks on me, what else is there to complete? Can anyone shed any light on what the application process for this card is normally like?:D

No experience of this particular card, but all financial agreements have to be signed, whether you put pen to paper or "sign" electronically by ticking a box online.People who don't know their rights, don't actually have those rights.0

Noooo -its a Sygma Bank product - nothing whatsoever to do with JD Williams, they simply promote it. Think Debenhams Card and GE Moneybefore Santander of course....
