Mucho advice needed,please.

Hiya,
New to here.
Struggling for advice,ideas.
Basics are...owe 80/K on 2 charges on the house.
Wife has 6K on C.Cards.
Wife has 11K on a loan .
I owe arond 5K on a loan.
House is worth between 80 and 100K.
But,what its worth and what we'd get is different.
And,on top of that we are splitting up...don 't want her to have all that debt to walk away with...any suggestions?
