Car side mirror problem for MOT
Hi
I have toyota corrolla. The passenger side electric side does not move up or down but moves in and out, but you can move it into the right position by hand.
I have to get a MOT on the car in the next few days, will this be a problem for the MOT?
Do I have to get the whole mirror replaced or is any DIY repair possible.
Thank you,
El

Hi, you should have no problem with your MOT, as long as you can manually adjust it.
Recently, mine passed with the mirror taped on with gaffer tape.0 -
Also legally you only need the drivers side mirror plus one other so as long as the interior rear view mirror is OK you'll be fine.0
