Sorry I didn't mean to imply that you weren't paying for your child/ren:o

No problem.
The fact is the CSA only manged to recoup 9% on really long term arrears. They thought it would be way of balancing the books and used bully boy tactics and in many cases issued automaqtic deductions on DEO's and now you have PWC's appealing. Of course you have genuine cases of PWC's deliberately avoiding paying, problem is the system does not allow common sense and tarnishes all NRP's with the same brush.
Guessing they know if it goes to ICE they won't get that much, so really not worth there while to pursue. If its easy, they will go all guns blazing, when they have questions to answer, they take a back seat and if though its not written off, nothing much they can do, if they have no DEO.0 -
How did your daughter go from being 21 yo last to 25 yo this year.
During that year she also went from being 21 and then 22 and then 23 and then 24.
Im 29 yo and would love to be the age is was when I gave birth to my child for I feel I would then be able to do everything different and better.
What's your daughter's secret?
Many women on here would love to know!

Delay or error in enforcement of child support maintenance liabilityNo problem.

Financial redress can be considered where a client has lost the opportunity to obtain child support maintenance because the Agency has delayed enforcement action when:- there was a reasonable expectation of collecting maintenance and
- when action is finally taken, the NRP has undergone a change of circumstances and is no longer able to pay maintenance and/or arrears of maintenance.

Would your husband ever think that your daughter is 10 and then a few months later think that she is 14?
I see what you mean though! I once said my child was 9 when in facts my child was 10
. I can tell you my little baby was not very happy.
But 21 to 25 that is a very big difference so was just wondering if maybe his brain was getting all tangled up in his web of deceit.
Let's face it: Many NRP and PWC come online to feed us b******t story in order to get the information they need to either pay less or no maintenance or, in the case of certain PWC, to get more maintenance than what they are legally to get.
I just wish EVERYONE could be completly honest.
Honesty does pay at the end!0
