The Candy Spa - Amesbury (No Delivery - No Refund)

I'm writing to warn people and to describe the curent problem I'm having with the Candy Spa in Amesbury.
I made an order, received confirmation and my credit card was charged on despatch of the goods - this was 12th August.
So far the goods I've paid for have not arrived.
The Candy Spa have been emailed and phone messages have been left.
To date, no one has replied to explain why the goods have not arrived, to offer a refund or to offer to resend the goods.
I'm increasingly frustrated that it looks as if I won't get the goods I've paid for and I won't get my money back.
I'm hoping the Candy Spa will in the next few days either get the goods to me or refund the card.
Until this is resolved I'll be very wary of doing business with them in the future
