I have order £60 worth of clothes from this website 10 days ago.
I paid by rbsworldpay.com.
Have sent 3 emails and no replies.
2 on the contact website form and 1 to an email address of the website that was provided by world pay.
What can I do from here about getting a refund?
They clearly arn't going to send my items and arn't replying to any emails either!
There are no other contact details at all.

I was suspicious in the beginning. And I googled the site and searched on here. Didn't find any bad comments about it.
Ok so I have to sit back for another 2 weeks. Shame think I would rather have a refund.0 -

You could try writing to that address...
It seems there are two other companies websites registered to this address; one selling prom dresses and the other selling nitrous oxide kits for cars...
Seems VERY dodgy to me...If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands

What are the website address of the other 2 companies? Any bad review on those?0
-
http://www.akamoto.co.uk/ is the first one, seems legit, can't find any bad reviews about it
For some reason, I can't find the prom dresses one any more, but there is also the following website registered to this address: http://ateeth.com/ but it has expired...If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands

Worldpay take no responsibility for their retailers so you will need to get in touch with your Credit Card company and tell them that you are in dispute. Your item has not been received, and the company concerned do not answer your queries.
You will at some point need to put this in writing and it will help if your save the correspondence to show you have tried to resolve the matter with le-beau.co.uk first
The card company should then do a chargeback"The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts."

I am having similar problems with Le Beau, I ordered a bikini over a month ago and they haven't replied to any of my emails or phone calls. When I phone their "Customer Services" number it is always a generic answer machine message with no company name mentioned and they never return the calls. I would advise avoiding this company! It is obviously a fake website with no actual products. I've spoken to the Consumer Direct helpline who told me to send a letter to Le Beau by recorded delivery. The letter tells Le Beau I am cancelling my order, as is my right under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, and that they must send me a confirmation of cancellation and a refund within 14 days.
I'll post here if I get a reply, or even if anyone signs for the letter! Do not order from le-beau.co.uk!!0 -
Hi - I did get a refund in the end this is what they said:
Dear Customer

We would like to start by offering our deepest apologies in getting back to you regarding your order with le-beau. Some months ago our supplier of lingerie went into liquidation and gave us no indication. We had a lot of orders in progress and we have been tracking what has and has not be delivered to our customers ever since.

We are now refunding all customers with a full refund which will be back within your bank within 5 working days. Again we would like to apologise for the delay in responding to this issue.

You may be glad to know that Le-beau will be re launching with a new product range in the next few weeks that will include a up to the second stock and order check facility to prevent this happening again.

Kind Regards
Danielle

I had paid by credit card and I raised this with the bank who had already refunded me this. They took it up with them. I revied this email on 11th October. And then had to pay the bank back once Le Beau had refunded me.0 -
I notice these comments are some years old now, so why can Le Beau still have a website. Two weeks ago today I placed an order and the money has left my bank account, of course I have not had delevery of my items and only now find out why.
How easy was it to get that refund?0 -

Why is that?
Have you been in touch with the retailer?
What did they say?
If you have not yet been in touch with them, you could perhaps use their address, telephone number or webform on their Contact Us webpage.0
