The area I live in has dropped 10%. I'm sure my tracker has saved me that much in the past year and will continue to do for another 12 to 18 months. I'm quids in. I must be a money saving expert:j Which is nice to know because the first post I made on this board (when it was a sub board) resulted in me being called a "money saving idiot".:rotfl::rotfl:If I'd listened to all those who'd told me I should STR I would have lost a packet. ooooo I seem to be feeling a little bit off schadenfreude:D0

I had a look at your history to view the post you're referring to, but couldn't find it. I did notice that until you posted a single post yesterday and numerous today, you hadn't posted since Dec 2008!
Where have you been all this time? Or do you post under other usernames?
Oh! You've just logged off after reading this post. Oh well, see you at Christmas time!!"I can hear you whisperin', children, so I know you're down there. I can feel myself gettin' awful mad. I'm out of patience, children. I'm coming to find you now." - Harry Powell, Night of the Hunter, 1955.0 -
