For quality and value, where is the best place to get one of these?

Have about £150, and lots of places are selling for £130 right now. Will these be any good?

    You should be able to get a branded 17" for under £150 there has been some shift in the market recently.

    Good for what? Playing high frame rate games and DVD movies, probably not that great. Everyday Windows Apps, should be fine.

    I only want it for internet access, and the only games I play are Championship Manager/Football Manager.
