Hi i am trying to reclaim ppi charges on a goldfish now barclaycard goldfish cc going back a number of years, i have recieved a questionaire from barclaycard within a week of sending off 1st letter which i have filled in ,but also a letter saying they will cancell the ppi straight away ,is this usual and will i be able to claim for when it was goldfish before barclaycard took it over.
I didnt take ppi out when i applied for cc but recieved phonecall ,told her i didnt need it but she wouldnt take no for an answer in the end i gave in ,but cant remember ever signing anything in fact im sure i didnt ,this was roughly 6 years ago . ive told barclaycard all this in my questionaire. I don't see why you cant still claim for it. Sounds like you've got a really good case for claiming it back too. Good luck!

Also, if Barclay were not liable for the Goldfish PPI then they wouyd have just told you that straight away instead of sending you the forms.
