How much remove house external render

Hi all, looking for some help on approx costs , i have a three bed detached house approx 1930s, which over the years has been extended etc, it currently has a white render, which has cracked and blistered in a number of places, it has never been my favourite so looking to have it all removed and a smooth finish applied, house size approx 7 metres by 9metres , anyone idea of costs i should be expecting to pay ... ??
