Why am I 32p richer ?

Hi,
I made a mistake on an order, sent somebody an incomplete item. So I refunded him straight away, but now I have 32p extra in my account. It say that it is a fee cancellation. Have I done something wrong? How can the buyer get his full refund and I get to keep the fees.
I must be missing something obvious here.
Cheers

It just shows seperately, you have actually only been refunded the £3.50 they just show it in the strangest most confusing way possible.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
