Hi
I'd appreciate some guidance on what I can do to try and get me money back from what turns out to be a dodgy online retailer.
I ordered (and paid for, £70.94 total on a credit card, Egg mastercard) a computer desk from (https://www.) goods2clear(dot)com on the 27th July. I didn't hear anything for a week so emailed them to ask what was happening. I received a reply on the next day (4th August) to say the only desks they had were faulty and would I like an alternative. I replied on the same day to say no as I didn't like any of the others (wrong size and don't go with the other furniture) and please could I have a full refund instead.
I now haven't heard from them since despite sending 4 emails and also trying to phone them but they just have a very long automated answering service which in the end tells you to email them!
Can MSE'ers suggest what I can try next. I paid on credit card but it was less than £100 and isn't Visa so don't I can do a section 75 refund or Visa Chargeback.
Any ideas folks? Thanks

I've just been reading this thread and it seems you can do a chargeback on a Mastercard too http:// forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=24367183
Has anyone done this successfully with Egg?0
