Ok, just bought an item earlier this morning (a nintendo DS) - seller was a registered business seller with perfect feedback although under 50. Now i have just had an email saying the item has been removed and the seller is no longer registered....that obviously worried me as the item is £90, i have phoned the seller via the registed business number they have logged with paypal...as soon as i mentioned Ebay they hung up on me!!!! Please help - i have heard that if you let Ebay know they will return the payment...is this true?

Has anyone got their money back ok? If it does go to dispute - which will be a pain as it will take a while - if the person removes funds, do paypal refund the whole amount once it is decided or only what the seller has left in their payapl(and then chase the rest for ages so it's a nightmare in getting you're money back like they used to a few years ago?Mummy of 3 lovely munchkins :smileyhea0

You'll get your full money back. With the new ebay system they refunded me straight away once I'd talked to them on the phone. Much quicker than when the seller is still registered. :rolleyes:This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine:kisses2: Fiancee of the "lovely" DaveAshton :kisses2:I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine.

So do it by phone? I sent an email but didn't know if it'd do any good. Thank you - i was in a bit of a blind panic lol. Probably one of the biggest transactions i've made on Ebay and that happens.Mummy of 3 lovely munchkins :smileyhea0
