I was on a one year contract with a company Aug 08 to Aug 09.

Throughout that time, my pay was either wrong or paid a few days late.

My contract ended and I've left the company and am now working else where. I'm due 3 months expenses, pay and a big bonus - was meant to be paid on the 25th, still no paid.

Emailed them and won't be able to pay mine next week.

I have said credit card due so may have to pay charges (it is due, but I can pay it but that's besides the point). They have said will pay charges for me.

I'm just about to start renting a house and so I won't be able to pay off credit card and rent. Car MOT and service also due

Where do I stand on this?

Did you have a contract of employment setting out your main terms and conditions?

Yes, I've got this says pay one month in arrears (sorry about spelling!).

I also have an email saying that they owe me 3 month expenses, it's in an excel sheet on my leaver form

ok, the rest of the company have't been paid but should be getting paid this week, I got told he couldn't do mine until next week.

soooo annoyed
