Hubby is thinking of buying an i-pod, would he be able to download say for example..Steve Wright on Radio 2 ? Is this possible ?

Some radio stations do something called a podcast, basically a recording of a show (or often a weekly compilation of a show)
Looking here you can see that yes steve wright does indeed have a podcast...

Take a look here at Radio 2 podcasts. If your show is included in here and they decide to extend the trial or carry on doing it indefinitely then the answer is yes!
Failing that, the more complicated way would be to record the show using some other means, digitise it if necessary, and then transfer it to the ipod. But this might be a bit long-winded.0 -

More and more BBC stuff is coming out on podcast but for most their stuff the BBC forces the use of streaming Realplayer
If you download Itunes you'll be able to see what is available for download. You need it for use with an Ipod (officially anyway) and their directory of podcasts is probably the easiest way to download and try out new podcastsshazrazmataz wrote:Ok thicko alert
