Festival Refund - Beachdown

Hi,
I was due to be attending the Beachdown Festival in brighton this weekend however the organisers cancelled the event in the early hours of yesterday morning via a message on their website (beachdownfestival.com) which contains very little information!. I made various payments for the festival and need advice as to how to obtain a refund for one of them.
I initially paid for a standard camping ticket through Seetickets and they have offered a full refund on return of tickets... no problems there!
Around a month or so ago, the festival announced that they had increased their capacity for 'Luxury Camping' and having missed out on the first wave I got on the phone and secured one. They requested the money by cheque or bank transfer and i made transfer for the full amount of £405 just over a month ago (24th July) via my internet banking. It is this payment that i need advice for.
Since the closure I have emailed the festival several times and called only to go straight through to an answering machine. Finally, a couple of hours ago I drafted a letter to the organisers in short requesting that they refund the amount within 7 days or i'd contact a solicitor. I've emailed this to them along with a receipt of the transaction and also posted a hard copy to the business address.
After doing some searching last night, I believe that the company has a winding down petition against them which i think essentially means they will be going into liquidation.
So I don't know what else i can do now, does anyone have any advice?
Thanks!
