"Free" Film Four &nb

Remember the post offering free Film Four for a month ?
I phoned Sky and took the offer up . Didn't seem a problem at the time , but just found out today that I've been charged for it .
Anyone else in the same position ?

I will be phoning Sky shortly to get this resolved and will post back later .

No problem being moved , it's just that I thought that would have been the best place for it as that is where the original link was .

Anyway . . . . . .
Sky said that they were aware of this and I would be receiving a credit next month for the monthly fee charged for Film Four .
This is a real gripe of mine . I think that this is worse than the banks holding onto your cash when the clear cheques etc.
If they were aware , why did they charge me ? They are now holding my money for a month !
