Brother Printer issue

I have a Brother 115c all-in one printer and recently its been printing blank pages. I replaced all the ink cartridges and did a test print but only magenta, cyan and yellow lines appeared on the test sheet. There was no black. I went throuh the cleaning options many times and opened and taken out and put back the cartridges but still its printing blank pages with no streaks or colours.

Any ideas? Thanks

could be faulty cartridges, either take them back to the shop you got them from or go to one of those cartridge refill places and see what they make of it.

hi tom :D

i would check the cartridge head to ensure that there are no guards or clips on it. Then if that still does not work. Replace the cartridge.

The printer was printing blank pages before i replaced the cartridges. I may have to try and clean the area where the black cartridge slots in to see if there is any blockage.
