RDC computer sales anyone heard of?

Has anyone heard of or used these? Look like fab prices and deals etc, but i have emailed them several times to ask if we can pay by cheque as we are a voluntary organisati0on, but have had no response?? anyone know anything about them?? reluctant to make any payments if they cant even be bothered to answer emails??

    If people can not be bothered to respond to sales emails then I think that speaks bucketfuls about what sort of response you are likely to get when it comes to after-sales emails. If I was getting such nonchalance I sure as heck would not give them a penny.
