Strawberry world Madeira

Hello,
I'm thinking of booking a hotel stay in Madiera at the Tivoli.
I've been looking at a website here: http://www.madeira-portugal.com/tivoli-madeira/index.html
Which looks like an official site, but isn't. It appears to be run by a tour operator called "Strawberry World".
The prices they are quoting for a suite are about £50 cheaper than the official price on the hotels website.
I'm just wondering if anyone has booked through them and if they are reliable?

They have many hotel websites that are made to look like the official hotel websites but if you have problems at the hotel or get a bad room they will send you to strawberry world offices to get it sorted out. Timeshare front?0

Strawberry World are used by most people for island tours and car hire.
We used them for a car and they were excellent. Their tour reports also get good reviews.0 -

That's my main worry with them, is that they don't seem to be upfront that they are a tour operator selling rooms on behalf of the hotels. Unless you look carefully at the site you would think that it's the official hotel website.
That sort of tactic does make me nervous. However I've not found anyone who has anything bad to say about them, and the deals look good compared to the hotels main website.0
