I used to use Cafe Nero quite a bit, but I figured I was spending £1.44 a day on a cup of tea (5 days a week, 52 weeks a year = £375 a year!!!), so when I had a couple of days off last I used the money I would normally use for tea to buy myself a flask. I now take my own tea from home.
