Cheap hotel in Glasgow for 23rd of October

The City Inn in Glasgow. Just 5mins walk from the SECC- handy for Glasgow too, and usually good rates.

If your budget stretches past the rates of Etap then I would avoid it. There has been a bit of hassle around the hotel and some strange goings on .........perhaps due to the cheaper rates??

Campanile is handy is its practically outside SECC as is City Inn

Stayed at E-Tap a few weeks ago for a family wedding...all fine and was impressed. What's the problem now as was thinking about it for a night out?

If you have stayed there and everything was OK then maybe it's not as bad as I've been led to believe. I had heard been a bit of trouble as it was being used for "dodgy deals" and the police had to get involved.

I'm all for cheap nights away but to be honest I think I would still prefer to stay somewhere else.
