A pool of water keeps collecting under the salad tray in the fridge part of the freezer. Is there a simple DIY answer to prevent this?
Thanks.
Thanks.

The water needs a clear run to drip down the back of the fridge and drain away, if you are blocking this, ie got things in the fridge pushed right up to the back this could be diverting the water causing it to pool at the bottom??0

Could be the drain hole is bunged up.
Turn the appliance off and then get a piece of wire or similar.
Push it down the drain hole and wiggle it up an down a few times.
Then get a small amount of water and pour it down the hole.....if it drains away job done.
Oh...don't forget to turn it back on !!!!!!0 -
Or use a turkey baster. Just suck up some water or white vinegar with it and shoot it down the drain hole .0

The little plastic drain tube at the base of the fridge freezer had some black gunge in it.Tapping this and running warm soapy water through it solved the problem.Thanks.0
