Pixmania, rant and credit card question

I bought a TV and stand from Pixmania as part of a combo deal at the beginning of (10th) August the stand was dispatched but I've been told the TV is out of stock (although the ******* website has it in stock) but they have taken the payment for both items off my credit card, can they do that?
And they have the worst customer service I have ever come across.

Go straight to your credit card and demand a chargeback...so other threads on here....0
