Buying tickets - failure to provide service?

On Sunday August 2nd I bought 4 tickets for Day 5 of the Ashes Test match at Edgbaston. I was charged £25 per ticket, plus £4 credit card fee, plus a £2 fee to be able to print my tickets at home. Due to a very slow web site (due to ticket demand), I was taken to an error page once I hit "Confirm payment" at the checkout. So I was not able to download the pdf to print the tickets at home. In fact it took me 45 mins to get back onto the site to satisfy myself payment had been taken! Inept doesn't do it justice.
So I think that Warwickshire County Cricket Club failed to provide the service that I paid £2 for - the "print at home" facility, due to a failure to anticipate the load / traffic to the web server.
As a result, on arrival at the ground I was delayed in entering the ground by 45 minutes, having turned up at the ground in good time 15 minutes before before play was due to start. This was because people who had trouble with the site had to queue up and get their purchases checked. Meanwhile those paying cash on the day got in quicker!
So I paid £2 for the "print at home" service. Warwickshire County Cricket Club failed to provide the service. I have asked them for a refund of monies paid for this service (£2) and set a 5 working day deadline, which passed yesterday.
What is my next step?
BTW my initial email of complaint did get a catch-all response whcih didn;t address the issue and they forgot to blind copy the email, soI have an email list of fellow complainers to pass any advice on to!
I'm fed up of event organisers adding this-and-that fee. The Ashes cricket was well overpriced this year simply because the grounds are too small for the demand. Tickets at Edgbaston were nearly 100% up on 2005. The least the organisers can do is provide a decent ticket purchasing experience.

Your next step is to start legal procedings to recover your money.

First you would have to send a recorded delivery letter before action... (so that'll cost 70p).
I would question if it's worth it.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
That's the problem - it isn't worth it and they know it. No chance I can do a group action with anyone else in the same position?0
