Finding old charges....

Hi,

I've just read one of Martin's info sheets and he suggested still claiming as far back as 2001.

I used to have a Capital One card (with lots of charges) but managed to get it paid off when still a student so binned all my info regarding my account.

How can I go about asking for charges info when I don't have the account number etc? Is this possible at all?

Many thanks.

Capital One is a credit card account, right?
That one is only 6 years claim route. Bank accounts are the 2001 area.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
