"CCD Refund"

I have recently sent in a clain for a refund on bank charges of around £1500 from Lloyds Tsb. they have said that someone will contact me within 7 days to discuss ways in which I can manage my finances better. That was three or four weeks ago and I have heard nothing.
The bank seems to be being very awkward at the moment - whenever I phone the phone bank, for example, they put me through to the collections department who can never answer any of my questions.
today I noticed on my account a credit that said CCD Refund for £0.41, which appears to have come from them. I phoned the bank and asked them what it was but she said she didn't know and then we got cut off (I'm being charitable as I think she put the phone down on me).
Does anyone know what this refund is for and whether it is related to my claim? The bank are being extremely stroppy and I'm not sure whether it is worth persuing it - although I am on Income support and the colossal monthly bank charges keep pushing me over into an unplanned overdraft and more charges next month.
any advice would be greatly appreciated.
thanks

I gotta say I don't understand CCD Refund as it sounds like Cashcard refund but that is odd.
Let's go to the hardship question, do you have priority debt arrears(mortgage/rent, council tax, utilities)?
Are any of the arrears being paid off?

I am on income support and I am over a thousand pounds in arrears with my fuel bills. I also owe BT around £650 and some council tax. With paying around £300 a month in bank charges I am just not getting these arrears paid off. Do I need to tell them all this. I am still waiting for the promised phone call from their finace dept and when I phone up they can never tell me when they will call. I am getting desperate. its the first of the mnth tomorrow and I will be paying another huge lot of charges

Tell them that and explain how it all began.
